Our sophisticated in-house testing facility is dedicated to ensuring the quality of all raw materials purchased, as well as all semi-finished and processed products. It is extensively used by our quality department to conduct thorough and precise quality assessments.

For our customers from the OEM sector, we produce high-quality Customized Post Insulators (Bus Post Insulators / Station Post Insulators / Line Post Insulators/ Solid Core Insulators) with specific height & computability requirements. These safety-relevant components need to be mechanically robust and durable.

Our insulators in switchgear construction need to be able to withstand large amounts of environmental contamination and extreme weather conditions. And that’s exactly what they are designed to do! We guarantee flawless operational reliability with an exceptionally long service life.

PRITHVI continuously reinforces and upgrades the quality management systems and processes conforming to ISO 9001 standards. The unit’s progressive quality objectives focus on customer care and business excellence, while continuously assessing the effectiveness of QMS to demonstrate continual improvement. It protects and enrich the environment through sound environment management practices during manufacturing. We are currently ISO 9001: 2015 certified and we expect to be ISO 14001 certified in 2025.

Controls and tests :

All the raw materials purchased, up to all semi-finished and processed products are exhaustively controlled by our quality department. In turn, before delivering the electrical insulators, the required Routine, Acceptance and Sample tests are performed in accordance with QAP, IS, IEC and ANSI standards.
